Onion jam with chilli, mildly spicy.
This jam is made from red onions cooked in red wine and isn't as sweet as other similar jams. You can also taste a hint of thyme.
An especially good condiment for a cheese board or with meat, but it also works as a spread on a slice of bread.
It's not an ordinary jam, as onions have strong antioxidant properties and help boost immunity.
